Where rush is available, Priority Rush is 6–10 working days for an additional $50 and Expedited Rush is 5 working days or fewer for an additional $100. Rush applies to production, not carrier transit. For a firm date, contact us before ordering.

Yes. Use the engraving fields on the product page to enter text and upload artwork where available. If you need a different placement or a more involved design, start a custom-project conversation before ordering.

The first two engraving surfaces are included. Each additional surface is $10: three surfaces add $10, four add $20, and five add $30. Select the surface count and the same number of unique locations—Front, Back, Top, Left, or Right—in the Hammer builder.

Products with a live preview let you position text or uploaded artwork as a placement guide. When a product does not show a live preview, enter the details and upload the artwork requested on the page. Final size and placement are confirmed during the design and production process.

Hammer and Trident builders include a No Wrap choice and available numbered wrap styles. Compare colors, style rules, character limits, and pricing in the Wraps & Color Guide. A two-color Turk’s knot adds $5 where offered.

Yes. Old Goat Custom Woods makes personalized recognition pieces, farewell gifts, awards, plaques, paddles, hammers, tridents, display cases, and other custom pieces for service members, first responders, teams, organizations, and businesses.

Yes. For repeat pieces, command or company orders, and larger quantities, share the product, quantity, deadline, artwork, and organization information through the contact page. We will confirm the design and production details.

A $75 design fee applies only to a separate custom project that requires original design or layout work. The design fee does not apply to any of our production products. We will explain and confirm the fee before beginning work on a custom-project design.
