Return & Refund Policy — Old Goat Custom Woods

Because every item we make is custom, hand-built, and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final once you approve your design proof. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after proof approval, as each piece is built specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Before You Approve Your Proof

Please review your design mock-up carefully — including spelling, dates, wording, wood type, and layout — before approving. Once approved, production begins and no changes can be made.

Our Guarantee

If your finished piece arrives with a defect or error that does not match your approved proof (for example, a manufacturing flaw or a mistake on our part), we will repair or remake it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or remake the piece.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

• Changes of mind after proof approval
• Errors in information you provided that were present in the approved proof (e.g., a misspelling you approved)
• Normal wear and variation in natural wood grain, which is not a defect
