Production and shipping

Most customized pieces are made after the design details and any artwork are approved. The standard production estimate is 10–15 working days after approval. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Rush production

Where a product offers rush service, the current production options are more than five and up to ten working days for an additional $50, or five working days or fewer for an additional $100. Availability and the exact choices shown on the product page should be confirmed before checkout. Rush production does not shorten carrier transit.

Delivery costs and questions

Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your address. If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and include the item, artwork status, location, and requested date.
